Social media is full of big names, and two platforms that are popular, but not as massive as some of the giants, are Reddit and Snapchat. They’ve each built their own loyal user bases, but when you take a closer look, they are very different from each other.
Reddit is a text-based platform where people dive into topic-specific forums called "subreddits" to talk about everything from stock tips to memes. It’s all about communities, and the users themselves help organize and moderate the content.
Snapchat is focused on photos, videos, and quick sharing. It's known for features like Stories and disappearing messages. Instead of public discussions, Snapchat is more about personal moments between friends and small groups.
