I started my career in the financial industry at the Options Exchange as a marketmaker in Amsterdam. During those years I was not particularly interested in the stocks I traded. We were reacting to price actions rather than looking for information about the companies themselves.
That changed when I later found myself as a retail investor with the money I gathered during that time. I became increasingly interested in the fundamentals behind those movements.
Since I loved writing, I gave myself three years to set up a career as a โfinancial story tellerโ with a mission to tell the average retail investor about the mechanisms at the stock market.

I am looking for companies that are undervalued without a clear reason.
