Most people know Amazon as the world’s largest online retailer. We believe its biggest AI opportunity lies somewhere else: Amazon Web Services (AWS).
AWS is the world’s largest cloud platform and gives businesses the computing power, storage, and AI services they need to build and run AI applications. Thousands of companies already use AWS to train AI models, deploy AI agents, and develop AI applications.
Amazon is also building its own AI platform. The company has developed Trainium and Inferentia, two custom AI chips designed for AI workloads, while Amazon Bedrock makes it easier for customers to build AI applications using leading AI models.
